With a little lead time, we can tailor baskets to fit any occasion. We have lots of ideas for amenity gifts, swag bags and party favors. Many of our gifts can be personalized with the name or initial of the recipient.

We also have fabulous ideas for wedding favors, thank-you gifts, and amenity gifts. We can even insert a bride’s own handwritten notes into her welcome or thank-you baskets. We can work directly with your party planner or caterer to insure that themes, colors and deadlines coordinate.

Shipping charges are in addition to the gift cost and will be automatically added to your purchase. Orders received online are processed within 2 to 3 business days after order is placed. See below for estimated days in transit after gift is shipped. Rush shipping is available, but can be costly. Call us at 888.808.8587 to arrange for Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipments. We love advance orders! If you would like to place an order for a delayed delivery date, call us at 888.808.8587.

We ship via standard UPS ground throughout the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to PO boxes or addresses outside of the contiguous United States. Gifts shipped Standard Delivery will arrive within a window of 5 business days. In general, travel time is as follows:

East Coast destination - 1 to 2 business days
Midwest destination - 3 to 4 business days
West Coast destination - 4 to 5 business days

Gifts up to $50.00 - $11.95 shipping charge
$50.01 to $75.00 - $15.95 shipping charge
$75.01 to $150.00 - $19.95 shipping charge
$150.01 to $280.00 - $23.50 shipping charge
$280.01 to $425.00 - $36.50 shipping charge

When placing your order, please make sure all information is correct. Packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect customer information will incur additional charges for re-shipping.

Typically web orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. Please note that UPS does not deliver ground packages on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

On occasion, such as holiday rush times, additional production and travel time may be required. Please follow the holiday deadline guide below to ensure on-time delivery of your gifts.


For Halloween gifts place orders to ship by October 23.

For Thanksgiving gifts place orders to ship by November 18.

For Hanukkah gifts place orders to ship by December 13.

For Christmas gifts place orders to ship by December 13.

For Valentine’s Day gifts place orders to ship by February 6.

For Easter gifts place orders to ship by March 30.

For Administrative Professional Day gifts place orders to ship by April 14.

For Mother’s Day gifts place orders to ship by May 1.

For Father’s Day gifts place orders to ship by June 6.


Chocolate in certain gifts may be replaced by less perishable items during the summer, when necessary.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us immediately at 888.808.8587, or email us. Any change or cancellation must be done within 24 hours from the time the order was placed and can only be completed if the order has not yet been processed and shipped out. There will be no charges to you if you cancel before your order has been processed. If your order is in mid-production when you contact us, we may be able to cancel your order and give you a full refund (minus a 20% restocking fee) depending on the stage of completion of your order.

Unopened baskets, in original, good condition may be returned for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Any food items that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned. Delivery and shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please confirm that you have the correct address and room number, and that your recipient has not been discharged from the hospital. Also, make sure that your recipient is allowed to receive a delivery. Some hospitals do not allow delivery to intensive care units.

Volume discounts may be available for large orders and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire when you place your order. All custom volume orders require a 50% deposit.

Please report any damaged deliveries to us immediately so that we may file a claim with the carrier. Be sure to keep all the packaging as well as the damaged goods as the carrier may require them to ensure a replacement. We want your experience with Elizabeth Woodson to be a good one and will make every effort to replace damaged goods and ensure your satisfaction. reserves the right to substitute out of stock items with similar items of equal or greater value.
